- Every product we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that your new or unused item isn’t the right size, colour, style, etc… then you have up to 7 days to return your gear. Simply contact us and we will arrange for a return or an exchange.
- All good returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returned packages may be refused or returned to buyer if any of these conditions are not met.
- Packages must be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance
- Buyers must also include the following information:
• Invoice or PayPal transaction number
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
- If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please contact us prior to returning the item to make sure we have what you require.
- We will honour any manufacturers warranty. If your product is defective, within the manufacturers warranty timeframe, simply contact us to arrange a return of your item along with your receipt and we will arrange for it to be repaired, replaced or refund your money.
